Less than two years and it broke. It gets so frustrating trying to brew and always get the red light. Offered to fix since it is out of warranty or I can buy new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re pleased to see you have already discussed your out of warranty options to either repair your machine for $65.00 or purchase a new machine with an out of warranty discount of 35%, which cannot be combined with any machine promotional offer. No good

I got this for Christmas today, and wasted four of their expensive coffee pods trying to get it to work. It kept saying that the water tank was full when it was not, and I finally got it to work by blowing into a straw attached to one of the valves, which I saw on a random YouTube video?? Totally wild for a product that is supposed to be high-qualify

Breville is solid; need more 12 oz offerings!

Great coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee machine 2 months and I’m so glad I did. It works very well. The milk frotter froths the almond milk well. It looks stylish on my counters too. I highly recommend.

Choose a different model!

Bought this model a few years ago. When it died about 4 months later they sent a new one under our warranty. Then the new one died about 11 months later. They were still willing to honor the warranty on that one. The person who helped us subtley suggested we get another model and they'd give it to us for the same price even though it was more expensive. So now we've had the upgraded model for well over a year and it is still going strong. I can't believe they are still selling this horrible model. It looks great and had good features. They just need to put different insides into the nice outside.

Beware of this Lemon Model 🍋

I have had 3 machines in less than 2 years. Luckily they were under warranty but this is a terrible product. Very surprising they keep selling this machine.

This machine is so inconsistent - it runs well for a while, and then just stops. Very nice looking piece of equipment, but has caused me so much frustation due to its constant hickups.
