I received the Samsung TV as a gift. We were so pleased with our kids purchase. Samsung TV is everything we imagine. The clarity, color and ease to use were awesome 👌. Would purchase again.

Quality device, but horrendous support and limits

Overall I find this unit to be good quality and it fills the need I have. I do have some reservations about it, there is no audio output port for a sound bar with such. Additionally I despise the requirement for a Samsung account for the device to even function. Quality of the device is good, but the support and restrictions are ridiculous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great tv

Bought this tv last week to replace a Roku. Never was happy with that tv: sound was bad even though it was easy to use. Had a little difficulty getting used to another Samsung. Have had Samsung tv’s in the past and loved the quality. The only thing I don’t like is the remote. Too small and hard to see the buttons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad remote

TV is pretty good everything on it is really clear and it has a very good picture but the remote doesn't work very good at all you have to hold it at just the right spot so it will work

It's an ok TV

WE bought our newTV about 3 months ago. I had issues connecting it to our internet service. I had to contact Samsung thru their chat. It took a while but got it connected, We replaced a smaller Samsung we had for 7 years. The new TV has a different screen menu , I found the older menu easier to work with, especially loading the apps. Our biggest issue is the brightness , the "night scenes" on the programs are very dark. The brightness has been set to the max, daytime scenes are ok. Turning on the TV, the menu remembers where you left off. So basically that program is where you start. Our older Samsung did not have that function, which I preferred. Apps were easier to install as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
