NO MULTI VIEW, NOT HAPPY!!!

It's a great TV but it doesn't have the multi view option which had I known this it would have played a big part in my purchasing this model. It does not have any multi view or split screens option which is very disappointing. It has all these features but is missing this important one which would be great for sports fans as myself to watch multiple games at the same time. Would have been great on such a big screen!! :((
Also, the remote is horrible!! Why would you make the volume and channel buttons like this!

make "smart" home dumb again

-Cannot receive software updates unless you give Smasung permission to collect information on whatever you view on your TV. -Cannot disable Bluetooth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you do not wish to update your Firmware via Wi-Fi, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

no optical input for sound bar

i bought this tv to replace another samsung tv and connect it to my sound bar. there is no optical cable input for digital audio out. no way for me to use my sound bar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

Very hard to navigate

Nice TV. But has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is so-so. Got Samsung sound Bar also. So audio if fine. But Blue tooth system sucks. I have a very close to a top of the line router. That is only about 15 feet away from TV. And the Samsung free TV channels always lock up or freezes. VERY poor Blue tooth setup on this TV. Not impressed at all. Our older LG "non smart TV" was better.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the connection issues you are experiencing with your DU7200 TV. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues:
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

This TV is Amazing!!!

I knew I wanted a samsung just didn't know which one, but this tv is amazing! From the features, to the rich color , and the amazing sound. I now know I made the right choice and will never get any other tv brand. The amount of apps almost seem endless, and how the tv fully integrates with my samsung s23 ultra; I no longer have to worry about looking for the remote. Thank you for an amazing tv samsung,you have solidified me into being a customer for life!

Not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV makes it difficult to select the connected devices properly , the Bose sound bar I connected was constantly reverting back to use the built in tv speakers instead after I set the sound bar as the primary sound device. The picture quality is fine, no where near as clear and bright as my lg oled but expected and acceptable for the price. There are also lots of features and options (too many) but they are not very user friendly.
