the TV was easy to set up. The only complaint is that the remote is a little bit convoluted. I have not looked for an easier remote to use but I hope that there is one.
The picture and the presentation and features that come with the TV are great.

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. I had great results with Samsung TV's and now have 4 UHD models and all other brands have been replaced.

Easy to use menu screens

This is my 4th Samsung tv. I like the free programs available along with the ease to figure things out.
My only complaint is the new remote control is not user friendly period. I use my older ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very happy with my new TV. My only disappointment was that I did not have voice recognition. Alexa and I had to buy a different remote enable to have voice recognition as long as the TV last long it was a great deal. It does have great features

Poor sound

I bought this because I wanted to get a larger TV. I’m pleased with the size and the color, but I am not pleased with the volume. Some channels will blow your ears off while others. You have to turn it up to a maximum level to even hear you never know which way it’s going to be.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
