Have had my Samsung for a short period. Been satisfied for the most part. Have had a problem with it communicating with an AT&T wireless router. It has decided not to communicate. Then a day later it connects back up. Don’t understand why. Other than that, have enjoyed the TV

I am happy with the TV but the remote is NOT useful to me. It's too small for aged & arthritic hands. I feel that I need a strong light to see the words on it (& I have good eyesight).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bout this about 2 weeks ago! We absolutely love it. The tv has great picture and it has lots of options on it. The only thing I don’t like is the remove where the volume is, because if you are not careful it will go to something off spectrum.

Remote control needs to be redesigned!!

Remote control is very difficult to operate. Even something as basic as muting Volume is not 100%. It works only half of the time. . Samsung! you need to put in more buttons that work and design the remote for ease of use for viewers.

We appreciate your review of the DU7200 TV. Please know that you can control the volume of your TV by pressing the +/- button up to increase the volume and down to decrease the volume. To mute the sound, press the button.

I love the picture,and everything, but the thing I don't like is that doesn't have a optic port, to plug in sound bar, but I have it Bluetooth to the TV. I love my Samsung TV!!

Could not hard wire the TV to our sound bar.

I bought this Samsung TV about two weeks ago and was disappointed we could not hard wire it to our Samsung sound bar. And last night the pixels got messed up while watching a show.

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores!

Regarding any screen abnormalities you are seeing on your screen, please run a Picture Test to determine if the TV causes the problem. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

If the issue continues to appear on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For assistance in setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:
