Don’t like the remote!

I replaced my previous Samsung with a new one…happy with the quality of the picture…but I hate the new remote! I find it very hard to use..and especially don’t like the fact that I cannot push a number and get the channel I desire…I have to run through the whole batch of numbers to get to the one I want..I think it is made cheaply!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have 5 Samsung TVs ranging in size from 32 to 65. My only disappointment is the software difference in each unit. I also dislike the new remote. Otherwise the units are my favorite.

Purchased 3 months ago. Updated to spectrum and found out my TV is not supported by it. Model ends in D and only show F. Therefore, I can not use the spectrum remote correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good TV, lousy remote.

The tv is fine and the picture is great. My problem is with the remote which is sort of indecipherable Gone are all the familiar ttems like vol. arrows, channel arrows, and basically all words. The control and buttons are too small and trickier to work. I gave up trying to figure it out and just use my internet subscriber remote. Probaly missing out on things but it is what it is.

Nice TV the only problem I have with it can't hook up my Bose system they don't have a Optical outlet on it at all been trying to find someone to help me

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores!
