This is the most confusing remote control I have ever seen or even tried to use.

I bought this television a few months ago and I am very happy with the purchase. My concern is with the lack of literature on how to use all its features. I am old school and would appreciate a manual. Maybe even an on-line (or instore) class to learn about its features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of Samsung TV channels to watch. Color level was low, seemed to be washed out. Adjusted as much as possible but still not very bright. Previous Samsung TV was much better. Remote without numbers is very cumbersome to use.

Bought this tv for wanted larger one Pic is clear.But the remote is to small and no instructions about tv so elderly are screwed on running.

Bad reception

Disappointed in the tv receiver..had a 14 yr old Samsung that received 44 ai channels..new one gets 15..unhappy

Hi Sadly,
If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV. Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.
- Select Air if you're using an antenna only. - Select Cable if you're using a cable box only. - Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.

No paramount plus

Please know that Paramount+ is available on the DU7200 TV.
Go to Home> Left Cursor> Search Bar> Type in Paramount Plus and search.

Beautiful picture

Crystal clear screen. Could do without the clutter of app icons I don't have or want. Would be nice if they only appeared after subscribing. Could be easier to navigate for the less tech savvy. The "legs" are unattractive. Sturdy enough, but wider legs would create a more balanced aesthetic for more cosmetic appeal. Removed one star for the things I don't like but the picture quality is beautiful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Bedroom TV

Have owned this set for about 3-4 months and overall am pleased considering the price, however it will exit the Spectrum App unexpectedly at times. It has been great for the bedroom, but isn’t as fast when doing certain things or opening apps like the Spectrum app as I thought it would be.
