T v Always wants to show the Samsung guide. It caches a program and won't let you change to trinity stream without emptying cache every day.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the issues you are experiencing. Please try the below troubleshooting steps:

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Finally, please ensure that your TV is in Home Mode by going to Settings> All Settings >General & Privacy System> Manager Usage Mode> Home Mode.

Great but not user friendly.

I replaced my 8 year old Samsung flatscreen with this 43” smart flatscreen. TV viewing is great and I have adapted several streaming apps. I am replacing the Roku streaming service. The instructions with the new tv were lacking greatly, especially with regards to the features on the remote. Little instruction beyond the power button function. I still don’t understand the function of three buttons on the remote control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great TV - No Digital Audio

Great Picture. I love the Samsung for the Samsung TV - It's like most of what's on cable and a lot of streaming for free. I'd give it 5 stars but I'm really tired of manufacturers removing choice, in this instance where'd the digital/optical audio out go? Bluetooth has latency and quality issues.

We bought our 75" Samsung television a few months ago and WE LOVE IT! It has terrific color, and is so large that you feel that the actors are in the room with you.
We also appreciate that it was delivered to our home. It was painless.

The tv has great sound and picture, however, I have Roku/Fubo and interfacing was horrible.
