Using the keyboard to search is time consuming.

I am unable to search using voice. This feature is on the TV but not on the remote control that accompanied the TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

Love my smart tv

Love the HD images and all features that Samsung had put into the tv. For me. The only downside is the remote control that doesn't have traditional bottoms and makes some of my household members frustrated. Always need to go to rescue them when they are looking to change channels or deal with tv volume 🤔

Some problems but overall pretty good once install

I wanted a bigger tv but our space is small. But going from 32 to 43 was good. A little trouble with the install. While TV is light, it is heavy for trying to mount. I also found it difficult to EASILY find and install MY streaming apps. Plus Paramount only seems to work when I restart my TV. Don't know if it is a Samsung problem or an app problem. Over all I am pleased. Not quite a 4 for me but definitely not a 3. And price was right. But wish I knew how to easily install my apps. I ended up pushing buttons and have no idea how I got one installed. Not all of us are tech inclined.

Sound/Audio Issue.

We've had the Samsung TV since June 2024. The picture is very good. We've had some trouble with the audio/sound. When changing channels, sometimes the sound "pops" and we lose sound on the new channel. If we turn the TV off for a few seconds and turn it back on, the sound returns to normal. I plan to call Samsung customer/technical service to discuss this issue the next time we experience the problem.
