Tv shows are dark

The view is very dark on certain movies and tv shows. I have done all of the recommended fixes to no avail. Will not purchase this brand again.

Hi Frustrated,
I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the DU7200 TV’s picture quality. You mentioned already trying adjusting some settings, however I am going to put a few suggestions below, in case you have not tried these specific ones.
First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

Great features but I expected more

I like the TV and everything, but it does not have the feature where I can ask a push-up button and ask for what I want to play Something like Alexa

It's okay.

We love the picture. However, after only owning this t.v. for three weeks, we already had to unplug it for a soft restart as we had no volume. Since then, we have had to unplug it almost once a week in order to watch it. The Samsung t.v. we had before this one we didn't need to unplug until years later. We laughed at a Samsung refrigerator we certainly were not going to buy because we cannot reach behind where it would be to keep unplugging it. We have Samsung phones and have enjoyed being able to connect to our t.v. Our faith in Samsung is fading.

Love how everything is written up as techy but when it comes to power consumption it says Typical Power Consumption 89
89 what??? oh watts? yeah- too hard to put a W after 89

Good but need bolt sizes

Great TV, just confused on what size bolts the TV takes in order to mount it. I have a universal mount that will put any size TV up but it didn't come with its own bolts which is weird.

Turns off mid show

I bought this tv one year ago and only used it during the few winter months. Just tried to watch a show and it shut off mid show and will not come back on.
