The TV is great however the processor is very slow for being a smart TV. We have tried clearing cache and removing apps but does not seem to speed up the TV. Seems like apps load very slowly compared to other TV's.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your DU7200 TV’s performance. If you're experiencing slow apps, freezing, or lag in general response time, try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

I really like this television and all its features. The picture when looking at it straight on is crisp and the colors are amazing. However, if you are in an area where you are getting a side view the picture no longer has the crispness but rather a duller hazy look. Is that a correctable thing?

What happened?

I purchased this TV because I was going to get Netflix, Prime and Disney as free channels. That did not happen. I am billed every month for Prime, Netflix and Disney. Thanks.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for any confusion. Our TVs come with a built-in app store with hundreds of apps for download. Each app has its own login and subscription. The TV does have Samsung TV Plus, an app that offers hundreds of free channels.
