Beautiful, vivid colors

I bought my TV a month ago. I love the vivid color and the size of the screen I purchased. I do wish Samsung would design their remote with elderly or persons with arthritis in mind. The remote is so small & trim that it is difficult to hold & press the buttons without hitting 2 buttons at a time. I purchased a universal remote that I can operate with less difficulties.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remote buttons stick and sometimes are totally unresponsive! Picture is good - but controls are trash!

very poor remote

I bought this about two weeks ago and have regretted it from day one. I can't say very much about the tv portion as it is not as good as the tv I had but dropped it and cracked the screen so I needed a new tv. I talked to a sales member who said that Samsung is a good brand so I bought one. The tv is all right. Can't
really say anything good or bad. The problem is with the remote. I do not know why manufactures want to change something that works. I will be boxing mine up and taking it back.

Remote control flexibility

Bought the tv last month The remote control is too small …not a user friendly remote control. There should be #, arrows and option to use microphone for channels etc…

The back of the television doesn’t have enough auxiliary ports to hook up additional devices; like, sound bars, headphones, info entertainment centers.
