I don’t like it. Too hard to find programs on antenna tv
I hate the remote even worse.
Response from Samsung USBy Samsung AdvisorMay 6, 2025
Hi Andy,

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.

Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.

- Select Air if you're using an antenna only.
- Select Cable if you're using a cable box only.
- Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.

If you're still having difficulties, please reach us on Facebook or Chat with us on the Samsung website. You can also reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG / Available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Navigation is easy. Picture and sound are perfect

We're loving our new tv. We easily hooked it up and set the apps to our viewing preferences. It supports the subscriptions we have or may add later. The picture is clear and there's no need to add our soundbar.
We downsized to the 55" screen and were pleased with our decision.

Great TV but bad remote control

The TV itself is great, images are sharp, and colors are brilliant, however, the remote control is not as user friendly as the old Samsung remotes. I especially dislike the up and down toggle to change volume and the channels. I prefer a larger remote with the push button features which are so much easier to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Should have thought it over.

This is new, so working great. But, the reason I had to buy this TV is the main concern. This is my 3rd. Samsung TV in less than 10 years. This is because 2 before this one both had Back light go out. First 1, the entire screen went black just 3 years old. The 2nd. Just the 2nd year in half the screen was going dark.
I didn't think about it long enough when I purchased this 1, or I would have bought a different brand. But, I have bought so many other Samsung products I just didn't think it over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture, no audio output.

I am very pleased with the TV's picture, but there is no audio output for my "TV EARS."
What kind of adapter do I need and why did you discontinue that feature?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use WOW internet, my tv goes off line every 40 to 60 seconds. Can’t watch anything, no idea how to correct the problem.
Response from Samsung USBy Samsung AdvisorMay 8, 2025
Hi April,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your DU7200 TV. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

1. Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft.
2. Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3. Unplug both your TV and router. Remove both power cables, wait at least 30 seconds and plug them both back in.
4. Check the connection between your router and TV. Please review the points below:
• Is your router connected to the TV using an ethernet cable? If not, we strongly recommend using an ethernet cable connection on your TV. This will ensure your TV maintains a consistent connection to the internet.
• If you’re already connected using an ethernet cable, make sure that the ethernet cable is working and is not damaged. You can test the cable by connecting it to other devices, such as a laptop, to make sure that your ethernet cable is not damaged.
• If connecting to your TV using an ethernet cable is not possible, please move your router as close to the TV as possible. There should not be any obstructions between your TV and router, such as walls, other electronic devices, etc.
5. Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
6. If you’re still experiencing issues, a factory reset may be needed. Keep in mind that this will restore all TV settings to factory defaults. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset.

I hope the above helps. Should your issue persist, please reach Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.
