Can't schedule a turn off

Just terrible, tried to reach out to your company about the flow and got nowhere.

This is my second Nest thermostat and a new model. It is lower profile but the heat and air guys had a difficult time programing it. Between the 3 of us we finally got the Google Home app to recognize my existing Nest and add the new one. This should have been much easier, hard to find the right screen to add the old with the new app. Personally, the older Nest app worked pretty well but Google wants it inside their control app. Overall it is great to be able to remotely change and monitor temperatures.

Wish there's a way to turn off the self-learning feature. Thee home app is primitive at best

Nest Thermostat makes use of the temperature schedules instead of having the learning feature. You can create or adjust the temperature schedule of your Google Nest thermostat the way you want in the app or directly on the thermostat. To view, edit, or create temperature presets for your thermostat:
- Open the Home app Google Home app.
- Select your thermostat on the home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Temperature preferences.
- Choose Temperature presets.
- Select an existing preset to change or delete it, or tap Add add_routine to create a custom preset.
If you need additional help and guidance with any of the features for Nest Thermostat, our support team would be happy to walk you through them. You can contact us by visiting us here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
