Great Thermostat

I really like this thermostat. I’d doesn’t have the learning function but o don’t need it. I rather put in my own schedule and I have the option of changing it from my phone from anywhere. Pretty solid google product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Google Nest thermostat is my new favorite thing. It looks so cool with the mirror look. So much better than our original thermostat. It was fairly easy to install. I like that I don’t have to touch the front of the thermostat and it can stay clean with no fingerprints. You only have to tap the side to adjust. Having the app on my phone is also the next best thing. Now I can adjust the temperature from wherever I am at. I can set up a schedule for when I want my home to be certain temperatures. It also has a setting to recognize when someone is home and adjusts accordingly. It’s perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

well it works well but we dont have the proper wiring to make it work without batteries. it goes thru batteries every week so this is not working for us. We dont want to pay a professional to come in and install the "C" wire. Not worth it. I would recommend to any one that has that C wire and can make it work . so disappointed and wish i could return

Though Nest thermostats would generally work without a common(C) wire, there are some systems that would require a C wire on the new Nest Thermostat like a heat only or cool only systems. Nesting!!

Easy to use. Love the versatility. Surprised when I found out it syncs with our local energy supply company when there are "Energy Action Days" so the Nest pre-cools the house and then sets the temperature higher during the high use time of the day. Brilliant!!
