Love it!

If you want to save on your electric bills, buy this. You can love or hate the UX but it saves you money. I personally love the hardware implementation. Google Home is not my favorite app but is easy enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great tech for the house

Nest app integration

Give us back the functionality in the Nest app!Google Home integration is well and good, but come on!

Not user friendly

I feel like it takes me too many steps and I never remember where to go to setup the different options and the daily routine. Also I don’t like the mirror finish as it leaves fingerprint marks. I would to see an option that can lock the manual changing the thermostat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Check your existing schedule. You’ll have an option to clear it if you want to change it.
- Go to Google Home App>Settings > Schedules > Clear schedule.
- To create your temperature presets - go to temperature preference>temperature presets>create custom temperature.
- To create a new schedule - go to Settings > Schedules > Add > Select> temperature > select start time > Add to event > done.

2nd Nest

While I love the Nest I am disappointed that my original one died at close to 15 months. I just hope that we can keep this new one going longer than the other.
