Nice Thermostat

A nice easy thermostat to install and use. Home away is great. Unfortunately, the Google assistant won't change the temps when asked.

If you do not have one consider getting one! Best thing out and it saves you time and money! Control everything by touch, voice, or mobile. GAME CHANGER!

Physical Thermostat Great. App not so much

Thermostat itself looks wonderful. Issue is with limited programming within Google Home its hard to navigate. Thermostat continuously goes into eco and unless manually updated when it is not monitored
I would recommend this to a friend!

We value your feedback, and we want to help you the best way possible. If the Nest Thermostat goes to ECO presetally, we suggest turning on your phone location under presence sensing.
Here’s how:
- Enable phone location for presence sensing
1. Open the Home app
2. On the home screen, tap Settings.
3. Select Presence Sensing
4. For 'Allow this home to use phone locations', tap the switch to enable or disable phone location for presence sensing.
- Make sure all the users will enable this on their phone
You can also check if you have a preset schedule that causes the Nest Thermostat to switch on ECO mode.
You can add or remove the schedule here:
To remove:
On the Home App
Tap settings > schedule > tap the preset temperature > remove

Google messed up

The old nest was perfect easy to set up with or without wireless Googe bought the company and really messed up a good thing the new one never worked a overly coplacated it not even worth returning it is now gabage in a landfill DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT

Nasty Best

Impossible to connect and instructions- poor installation by contractor. Still not connected to my WiFi. Garbage!

Nest thermostat

I've only had the thermostat for about two weeks but si far it's doing everything is supposed to. I love the fact that i can adjust it with my phone or nest home speaker. It's worth it just for that.
