It’s nice that I can control the thermostat from my phone but it keeps changing temperature alone, I wish I could set a schedule without using their different modes. People have a life and it’s not the same routine every day!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unexpected temperature changes may have happened due to the existing schedules. You can customize your preset schedule based on your preferences. To check your existing schedule:
- Go to Google Home App > Settings > Schedules > Clear schedule.
- Create your temperature presets - go to temperature preference>temperature presets>create customer.
- Create a new schedule - Settings>Schedules>Add>Select temperature>select start time>Add to event>done.

Awful, awful engineering. On purpose. Unfortunately it will not allow you to give it zero stars.

Google Nest, prefer old Nest

It's not a bad thermostat, does the job. However the old interface was way easier to use. Also, the old Nest app was way nicer than the Google Home app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Changes temperature

The nest thermostat changes temperature by it self. It doesn't stay long at the temperature I set at. And yes I took off the timer and schedule its still goes up by it self. I just want my house to stay cool
