We had to change the wiring selection in the online set up for the thermostat but once we did it has worked wonderfully! My house has never been warmer

Never got it to work

Never got it to work. Also the ability to change temperature and setting wasn’t very user friendly.

Works Great

I love this thing!!!! It's smart you can set everything from your phone. The only time you ever have to touch it is when you install it, the rest is all controlled from the phone. Getting another one soon for my upstairs A/C.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermostat is awesome. It’s so neat being able to control it from our phone and get the heater on before we even get home. It looks so modern and sleek in our home and we are very happy with it!!

Very impressed with our new Nest thermostat. Straightforward installation, very simple to incorporate into Google Home. We really like the capability to schedule and ease of changes with voice commands.

Very very limited on features kinda disappointed. If you want a simple bare bones smart thermostat than it’s great. Was just expecting a little more.
