Easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Nest Thermostat. It's sleek and matches the decor of my home perfectly. It was a bit time consuming to install as I had to have a C wire installed but the Googled home App has step by step instructions that helped tremendously. It's nice to be able to control the thermostat from anywhere and conserve energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Google Nest thermostat for a few weeks now, and love everything about it. It has a beautiful, sleek design that looks great in my living area. I especially love all the features it offers, like pairing with my phone and allowing me to control the functions from anywhere. My old thermostat was very basic abs required manual operation. I am loving this new upgrade with smart features so much!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs a power hookup unlike former models - cost us an extra electricians' trip

It's fine, but it has more of a need for power (C wire) than the other 5 Nest thermostats we have in our houses. Created quite a bit of chaos. Also unhappy that I didn't know I was buying it without a trim kit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install and looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace a Honeywell touchscreen that died after three years. Installation is pretty straightforward; if you have your wires already labeled it's simply a matter of attaching them to the new unit. Including the base plate, it took me literally 15 minutes to install. Programming is easy and customizable. The display is easy to read and unobtrusive. Most importantly for me, the app works seamlessly with the thermostat. This is a good product and I'm hoping it will last for many years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just had installed and still learning about device but so far great. Had to call for help finding the app connection, but since then seems to be working like I expected. Love the away feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking at the Nest thermostat for a while now. Installation took less than 30 minutes. Once you scan the code on the back it gives you step by step directions that are very easy to follow. You will use the existing wires and setup is very easy. You will need to download the app if you want to change or set the temperature settings from your phone. It allows you to set different temps for different times of the day. You can also adjust the temperature directly from the device. It has a nice sleek look to it. I’m very happy with it,

Step in the wrong direction

I upgraded from the 3rd generation and was stunned. The new nest is a shell of the old one. I was so frustrated with it that I upgraded to ecobee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
