Not so sure that this is a good app! I have cut 600 steps off of my daily regimen because I don't need to go to the thermostat anymore, including trips up and down stairs! LOL
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having our HVAC unit be controlled by Google is a game changer. Coming home on a hot day? Turn that AC on 15 minutes before you get home. Cold winter night and you don't want to get out of bed to turn on the heat? Grab your phone or tell your Google home to crank on the heat baby! Woohoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design. Looks amazing on my phone all. Who woulda thunk a thermometer can looks aesthetically pleasing. I really appreciate modern design that makes boring house hold items look so great. Oh, and it works as expected too. I love all the modem features and the screen. We are in the future now!

Difficult

Had to have an electrician come and install a C wire. Pain in the neck and expensive

Nest thermostats rely on the wires from your heating and cooling system. However, there are cases when your heating and cooling wires aren't able to deliver the needed power, for your Nest thermostat, and installing a Common wire will definitely provide a stable power. Good device but glitchy installation

I really like this devices. I have three of them. They work well and I can connect with them remotely. They look good and have advanced technology features like lighting up when one is near, etc. For some reason I had to reinstall all of them twice as they failed always the first time. That is my main criticism. Also, customer service is generally good but sometimes you get someone that does not seem to know what device you are talking about and gives you incorrect guidance. All in all I would buy these again.
