Workhorse

This is my second Oxo scale. After many years of use, the first one fizzled out. Because it was such a workhorse, I purchased another Oxo scale. I have been quite pleased with it.

The best scale ever!!!

I bought this scale in 2023… it is 2025 and i have not changed the batteries once. Although I use the scale with urgency and turn it off right away when i am done, it’s still impressive how long the battery has lasted. as opposed to the precision timer scale which i pretty much stop using altogether unless i need a precise measurement.

Could be longer lasting

This is my third scale in maybe eight years? My second one had a "low" reading from the first time I used it, even upon replacing the battery. I bought the third one as a back up should number two fail prematurely. They could be higher quality but according to NYT's Wirecutter, these are the best out there.

Easy to use and accurate

I felt spoiled getting this for my kitchen, but, I've already used it multiple times. I even weighed my heavy airmail letter to see if it was over-weight, it was by 0. 1 oz, which meant adding postage! I look forward to this pretty, and techy (but not too much) tool accompanying me in my kitchen.

Accurate scale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very accurate within 1 gram, using test weights. Easy to clean, easy to use. The pull out display is not used often, but when it's needed it's the best feature.
