Good and bad

This is the third OSO scale I have purchased. The first gave many years of great service. The second one gave about 2 years of good service then started being inconsistent, with the scale changing without any input. The scales have all been great when they work but the second one didn't hold up as long as I would have expected. Perhaps a lemon. Time will tell how the third one holds up.

Staple in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a scale before this one and it was terrible, often not accurate. Very difficult to get a reading with a large item on the scale. This thing has been a blessing and does an amazing job for my diet. I'm so glad I gave this a try.

Great kitchen scale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scale is so helpful in the kitchen! It is accurate, easy to use and can be stored in a drawer so unit is out of the way when I don’t need it. Oxo is also great about honoring the warranty if you have any issues with your scale.

Uncontainable - Father's Day Joy comes from getting so many containers!!!

Nothing is a happiness like a Dad trying to declutter getting all his ducks in a row with a huge set of containers and a brand new (but same model) water kettle!
After being used every day since 2018 (including all that time with everyone at home during covid) our OXO electric kettle had to retire after 8 years of hard work and was sadly out of warranty. OXO support was terrific and gave us at 25% off coupon, so we not only replaced our kettle with a perfect new version of the one we loved (it can heat water to 110F for making bread with just warm water), and we ALSO bought a whole bunch of great containers for storing all those grains, nuts, sugars and dried fruit that were overflowing our pantry. Thank you OXO Support!

Don’t know why I waited

My other scale was perfectly fine but lacking- and I finally decided to just do it and I’m so glad. I moved up to the luxury car of scales and notice the difference every time I use jt (which is all the time)!
