Love this scale, easy to use, easy to clean. Very functional with pull out display, great range of minimum and maximum weights. Doesn't take a lot of space to store.

Absolute Satisfaction

I originally purchased my scale in 2017 and I was very impressed with the operation of it. We relocated in 2019 and I wasn't able to locate the scale when we unpacked, so regrettably I worked with a sub-standard unit from the internet.
Well, I found the OXO scale about a month ago and I was thrilled. It needed new batteries and unfortunately it still didn't work. I was getting an error code that I had no clue what it was. I called OXO and they informed me that the product was unconditionally guaranteed. Imagine my surprise when they replaced it free of charge. Even the postage was on a no charge basis.
Am I satisfied and happy.....you bet I am!

I’ve purchased two previous scales and this one is fantastic. It is easy to use and allows for measuring contents in large bowls or on large plates. Easily sets the bowl/plate to zero so you can measure food only. Automatic shut off and easy to keep clean. So glad I went to your website. All OXO products we own are great products that make work so easy and enjoyable.

This scale is perfect for weighing my dog's food twice a day. The surface is large enough for her bowl and I can still see the display. If not, it conveniently pulls out. I just hope the surface stays nice.

Eats batteries

I like the scale, but ours has VERY short battery life. I can put in fresh batteries and in just a week of light use the scale displays the “LO” battery indicator. It shut down in the middle of meal prep with batteries that were in use for just a few days. Is this normal?
