Replaced an older one that was having issues

Our old 11 lb scale was having issues and after a phone conversation with OXO, it was replaced. The new one does not have the issues the old one had and has a much brighter screen, more easy to see and read. Love it.

Tactile buttons are great

This purchase was made to replace a non-OXO scale that had been given to me. The scale died after 2 months use due to inability to sense finger tips for adjusting between g, oz, or even zeroing out the scale. Having buttons one must press is a much better design. And, one simply cannot go wrong with purchasing the OXO brand.

Easy to use

I love the easy to read display and the pull out feature. It makes weighing items on a dinner plate hassle free. I measure some things in grams and others in ounces. Switching between the two measurements is simple. At first I thought something was wrong when flipping between units until I realized that it also allows for inclusion or exclusion of the larger order of units.
