I have had this product for 10 months. The screen essentially cracked in half. There are a bunch of hairline cracks in the fold. It makes the fold in the phone extremely noticeable and annoying. If you would have asked me a week ago if I like this phone, I would say that I love it. But now I am not impressed with the durability of normal use of the phone. The battery life sucks. But I knew that going in. So I bought an external charger to keep in my bag. I bought the additional storage, but now I wish that I had not. All the replacement options are less storage than I paid for, while I am still working with my carrier to pay off the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed

I am totally disappointed with this phone. After a year the screen cracked at the fold line to the point that you could feel it and it distorted what you see. Fortunately I purchased insurance and got it replaced. Now a week later there are a couple "stars" or a green light coming through the screen. They are very small. Also is already showing a gray line at the fold. I was going to keep this phone after it was paid off to avoid having to upgrade immediately but with the problems I have experienced I will have to purchase a new one that is not a flip. I have ad a Samsung Galaxy phone for many years but may try a different one next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Z Flip3! Except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Samsung user. I use my Z Flip 3 for everyday personal use. I have used it for business as well but I have purchased a second phone for that. I don't stream as much on here but when I do, I enjoy it because the quality of the videos are crisp. I mainly use it for web browsing for researching, watching you tube, and making phone calls. This phone is sturdy, lightweight, and compact and that's why I purchased it. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because of the battery life. I have to use the power saving toggle and it usually lasts me the whole day but I do have to charge it as soon as I get home. Ifbim out longer than expected i bring my charger with me to give it a boost. Good thing isnthatvit charges quickly. Other than that, this phone is all that I expected it to be!

Great Phone With A Bad Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone. I had one for a little over a year and a half. Very compact. The front screen 8s very handy. The only complaint I have is the battery. It dies very quickly. I had to buy a battery brick just to get through a nine hour work day.

The phone I've been waiting for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Versatile. I love this phone. Something as simple as a pivot creates an easy-going experience. Whether that's being able to study and have a video playing on the screen at the perfect angle, or taking a selfie with the ability to create different angles of view. Not to forget how comfortable I feel weilding this device knowing the screen is protected every time I fold it up. There's tons of more specs I could go on about but these things are what set this device apart from the competition.
