Great phone but short lived

When this phone is new, it is a great phone to have. The flip is satisfying, love how compact it makes the phone, and is just very fun to own. The fold is not unnoticeable but you get used to it soon enough and never fails to intrigue people. However, it has a very short life of perfect functioning. The screen protector starts lifting off the fold after a few months of regular use and makes a cracking sound every time you open or close the phone. The resulting air pocket becomes an eyesore and a place for dust and debris to collect. This has happened to me twice now. The first time, samsung replaced my phone with a refurbished one. The second time, I have to seek out repairs on my own (luckily it's in the warranty period), but local stores aren't even equipped to deal with Flip screens so my only option would be to mail in my phone, leaving me without a phone for many days. Moreover, I know that replacing it will only solve the problem for a few momths before it happens again. I am unsure if it is worth it to keep replacing the phone every few months once its screen protector starts having the same issues (and I'm not the only one who has had this issue with their Z Flip 3). Moreover, it's battery life is inconveniently short and gets worse very quickly. So while it's a very fun phone to have, it is only good for a few months, a novelty that is not built to last. If Samsung wants this phone to actually be a viable daily use phone it needs to make it sustainable, so it does not need to be repaired or replaced after every few months of regular use.

Flips Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. I love to flip this phone opened and closed. The cover screen is great as I no longer have to open my phone to see my notifications or do simple tasks. I genuinely love this phone and I hope more people buy this product!

Be careful if buying this phone

I don't recommend this phone at all battery life is horrible you are going to live charging it and after 4 months of use my phone had an ugly line in the center of the phone where you fold it and the screens stop working piece by piece. Worst part is that Samsung doesn't assume the responsibility with what is happening with this phone.

Cracks after a month!

Hey I never (I mean NEVER) write a review. I got my phone for Christmas 2021 and it is now February 2022. My screen already has small cracks along the screen fold! Do not buy.

I bought this phone in Nov.2021 very excited. 1 month in the phone don't up date, freeze,shut off by itself, or shut off when the battery is hot.

Wish I could turn back time

Love the size of the phone, but I moved from an iPhone to this phone and forgot how much I hate the android operating system. I can't wait until I've owned this phone long enough to feel like I've gotten enough use for what I paid for it to finally unload it. The trade-in value on this phone sucks!!!

A disgusting and low rent teardown with a high price, the Zfail 3 has cracks in its structure, and after FIVE months of use, begins to tear along the fold.
Shoddy construction and cheaply made, its a rental at best that fails to live up to its promises.
I would recommend this to a friend!
