I am unable to get my device resolved anywhere. But overall, a good phone. Love the color, features and how simple and compact it is.

The folding feature of this samsung keeps it from bouncing out of my pocket at 80 mph! This is a clever little phone that can keep up with all the big boys!!

Unfortunately, the fold is getting worn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess I should have seen it coming. Hopefully, several models from now this won't be an issue. But for now, the flip fold wear is real. Just before the year mark I had to remove the film as it was cracked. Now 3 months later and the actual screen has the same wear marks, but thankfully no cracking yet.

Great Phone with 1 Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone and the folding capability, but the screen gets little scratches where the fold is. When you are viewing the whole screen, you can see them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone for what it does, the folding feature is great and selfie mode with back camera is nice. The camera isn't the best on it though which I know that was improved on the Flip4. All new phones after the Note 20 Ultra do not have SD card slots which is the worst part to the reason why people aren't upgrading as much as back then. A lot of us want that back, once they bring that back you'll see more people upgrading to new phone much sooner. Way too many people holding onto their older phones just for that SD card slot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen protector is the only issue I have with the folding phone, it doesn't seem to adhere to the screen at the fold line, otherwise, the phone is great, its fast, and small and easy to stow when folded, and my favorite feature is the cover screen with its access to the apps I use the most.
