Great Concept, hardware needs some more work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Z Flip 3. It is everything I hope for in a smaller form factor when folded. I do not mind the crease on the screen and it works great.
Where it needs some work...
It gets very hot on the top half. This is where a lot of the processing hardware is located and you can tell.

The screen protector. Samsung needs to make this more easily replaceable by customers. There is an option out there that I have had success with.
Microphone issues. It seems like a lot of users have issues with the microphone. I am having to replace mine completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot tell you how much I love that I can close this phone and not have to worry about hurting the screen. Especially being the mom of small children I love that my screen is protected by being closed. It's also super handy that I can prop the phone up by only opening it halfway. Only reason why I wouldn't give it the full 5 stars is the battery life isn't too great, but otherwise I love it and it holds the millions of pictures I take of Mt children!

not as fragile as youd think

Built in screen protector fail
