I have a few issues with this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few issues with this model I got it about a year ago through boost mobile it was very affordable but I soon found out why it has a lot of issues when I install updates all of my apps seem to act up and the system itself seems to lag. I have had a few other Samsung phones without any issues so this surprised me. Not to say it doesn't serve its purpose but I have to restart the phonemultiple times a day to get the apps to open properly and not close instantly.... also everyone could use more storage these days I know it is one of the more affordable phones but extra storage options wouldn't make or break the company. Durability is great I have no issue there and I like the way the phone is made the camera is awesome .

Love the phone, hate the interior protector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is perfect. Great battery life, the screen, well, there is no competition, period.
The one flaw? The interior screen protector is not of the same quality of the phone and apparently it was not designen to be replaced by the owner... who had that idea? A screen protector that needs to be replaced by Samsung?
I have read that with version 4 Samsung replacement it for free... but what about version 3 owners?
I am glad you realized they failed and if the owner should not replace it Samsung should but... why cant a version 3 owner replace it?

The best small smart phone available

My favorite feature is that it fits in my pocket but still has a big screen. Love I can fold and take videos like the one attached.
This phone is sturdy and highly operational. So grateful, I tell everyone they are missing out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device for everyday use I love the folding aspect of the phone it fits so comfortably in your pocket. Also I love the fact it has the mini screen on front to change songs and view notifications and some phones might have tried to make a folding phone but they did it perfectly !!! And the splitting the screen to hold to apps on each side of the fold was amazing 👏!!!!
