I purchased this product based on price and so far have been pleased. I wish you could use the control panel while the drawer is actively moving.

Just had this installed and it works just as described. It’s very sleek and looks much better than the old microwave over the stove. Heats up well quickly. The only disadvantage that I see so far, is that it’s a bit difficult to clean the top of the unit. I like to wipe mine down daily and it’s tough to get my arm inside a drawer model. But thats a drawback that’s easy to live with. Good product!
