We’re a few weeks in and it works as expected. It looks very nice. Happy with the purchase. Fit perfectly in the new cabinet in our new kitchen.

I received the Cosmo 24in in drawer microwave today and have been pleasantly surprised. The packaging was in great condition with fragile warnings all over it. We went to install and the dimensions were spot on with what it said on the website. The microwave is working just as it should, couldn’t ask for more.

Quiet microwave

We just had pur microwave installed a couple of weeks ago. It heats great and love that I can mute the alarm when something is done heating/ cooking. I still need to test out the features, but so far love the look, ease of just pushing a button to open and close.

Right place, right appliance

We built a new modular home and got our occupancy permit to move in just about one month ago. The appliance is perfect. The microwave fits our new kitchen and cabinet perfectly. The design is practical, sleek and just exactly what was needed. Thank you

Does the job, but a few annoyances

We installed the Cosmos built-in microwave drawer a while back. Overall it works well and fits nicely into the cabinetry, but it’s on the pricier side for what you get. My biggest gripe is the clock — it goes into standby and the control panel goes completely dark, so you can’t just glance at the time like you would with most microwaves. Minor issue, but it’s the kind of thing that adds up when you’re paying a premium for this unit. Functionality-wise it’s fine, just don’t expect luxury-tier convenience to match the price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
