Great Product

Have one at the office. Just received this as a gift. Easy to assemble and use. been running almost nonstop for three minutes and no over heating. Highly recommend!!!

The shredder is grand

Third Fellowes Shredder

Apparently, I have been very pleased with prior products, the one prior to this lasted eight years, and was still operable with the exception of being automatic.
I know this one will last for as long as I need one, as I am in my mid eighties, and still protect my information and privacy by using my Fellowes P-48C

Great, sturdy shredder finally

I've tried several other shredders that didn't hold up to serious usage. I'm very impressed with this one so far. Hopefully it will continue to function as well as it is now. The initial impression: GREAT PURCHASE for the money.

P-48C Shredder

I just purchased this shredder. I had a Fellowes Shredder I got about 13 years ago but it was getting old and always worked well. This one seems to be quite good and does everything I need a home shredder to do.

Worth the money paid!

This is my second shredder, and I bought this one because my old one died of old age (about 8 years). I read the reviews of several other brands, and chose this Fellowes shredder because it had few consumer complaints. I've only had it a few weeks, and so far am satisfied with it's operation, other than a few "Crumples" when you feed it multiple sheets of paper.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Quality Construction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction
Cons: sheet-crumple when 5 or more sheets are run
