Thank you for your purchase. Please be sure that the USB-C host port is Alt. Mode compatible. As explained here https://us.targus.com/blogs/discover-targus/how-to-use-a-targus-dock419-docking-station . If the DOCK419 is not working with an Alt. Mode host port, Targus offers a 2-year warranty. Please contact our customer service agents at 877-482-7487, Monday through Friday, 10Am EST to 7PM EST. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement if necessary.
