Great, except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy a13 is a great device for someone on a budget. Unfortunately, the fingerprint scanner is a bust. I cannot keep it working. There's no dust, no scratches, no film, no nothing. I've even gone the lengths to factory reset my phone, which really stunk because I used my fingerprint scanner to log my password for my Samsung backup. It keeps a decent charge. The camera is mediocre, but it's everything that someone on a budget would need.
