[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't THE BEST phone on the market, but I certainly believe it deserves 5 Stars for it's outstanding performance while still being cheap. For awhile, this phone was usually one of the free-phone options that you could choose when switching phone services from one company to another, or when you sign up. Hands down, it is the best phone I have EVER had in comparison to the price. When weighing everything against the price - the picture quality is amazing, the performance speed is decent, and every phone call I've ever made has been crystal clear so long as I had enough service.

Works well for school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is absolutely fantastic. I have been using it for school and for many other things as well as computer technologies. It has a wonderful feature that you can actually sort through photos and compile your school work through a simple organization app. The camera is fantastic it's flawless when it comes to touch screen movement. The mouse tracking is absolutely fantastic as well!

Love the A series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the A series so much that I upgraded to the s20. Now I am currently running the s22. Samsung is by far my favorite phone. Eventually when I can afford to I will upgrade to the fold 4 or 5. Repeat customer here for life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and the one time I had any technical issues my device was still under warranty and they sent me a new device within a week or two! The only issue I had with this model was the power button stopped working.

Multiple great features (popup windows,sep sound)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I've always picked Galaxies phone over any and all phones. Now the stuff I can do simultaneously on the averaged galaxy can have people in awe. Probably didn't even know it was possible. For example, calling ND having a conversation at the same time you are reading something on the internet. That's just getting warmed up. I'm also having another window open via a pop up window. Split screen for two apps was awesome but this is another level because now you don't have to worry bout apps that are full screen apps. All the while I'm playing my game, AND cherry on top I separate the sound. So calls ND certain apps go thru a Bluetooth device while music apps ND other apps use the phone for sound output. People by now are stunned. Even I'm stunned because it's beyond rare for the cpu to crash. This is on the series I can afford I can't even imagine what can be done with the galaxy series I can't afford.(ex. Galaxy fold or galaxy s20 and up) Pictures really ain't my thing although I do take pictures I just mainly use my galaxy for a lot of other things,possibilities are limitless. Weather, calander,gaming,streaming,listening to music,staying in contact with friends family etc horoscopes nd sometimes all at the same time. You can see galaxies in my eyes not the physical phone but the actual galaxy.
