The phone is just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not have the feature where you can shake your phone and turn on the flashlight and I really like that. I wish I was on this phone. It goes slow once you have a few apps downloaded. The camera is decent but not great.

The devices are ready to keep updated, they have wonderful tech services if you run into a problem you just can't figure out, and they do have live techs when you call in or use the websites. I highly recommend them if you prefer the Android phones.

Product serves well for its purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to keep in touch with my children and family. Texting and calling features are great. I play duel links and Pokémon go. I've had no serious issues, the device works well for these uses. I stream music all day while I'm at work. Only complaint, is that the devices battery doesn't last long enough.

I think that the 813 is a great phone!
