issues with camera persist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I want to use a social media app, for instance Instagram, I have no difficult until I go to the camera on the app. The camera quality is way better regularly via the camera app but when I use the camera on Instagram the quality severely weakens. Also, when i want to watch a video, I do not like how the video has to load and go to movie watcher app to view the video and I also do not like how I have to unmute the video to be able to hear it.

I love my phone I love galaxy phones

I have A13 and only thing is the power button stop working that was my fault but galaxy is great storage is great, the size is good and it have so many great features if I get a new phone it will be another galaxy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone as an upgrade. It is worst then my last phone. Within a few months of having the phone, it constantly dies fast, freezes, goes black, etc. Also, the camera is messing up as well.
