Phone problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for my day to day tasks and for homework assignments but 3 months passed and the charging and media port has come lose, its not fatal to the phone but it severly limits what I can do without damaging my phone further

Not bad for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone to hold me over until I was able to replace the one I broke. Life happened and here we are, a year later, and I'm still using it for my everyday phone. It's not a great phone in comparison to what I'm used to (it replaced a note 20 that I ran over w/my Durango). It seemed slow right out of the box, and the longer I've had it, the worse it gets. It's now freezing up, randomly restarting, doesn't hold a charge for more than half the day (and that's if I'm not on it), and its new trick is it likes to glitch and jump back up the page of the screen that's open. It's not had any water damage, not been dropped or left out in a hot/cold vehicle for prolonged periods of time. It's just a subpar phone, in my opinion. Every video I try to watch buffers, browser pages take forever to load, and it's frustrating to try to use on the daily. However, in comparison with the price I paid for it, it does its job, and if I'm ever in a position where I needed a decent phone for a cheap price, I would probably buy it again.

While the price seemed high for a lower end phone, I was very much surprised at all the features and the overall quality of the phone. It is very durable and I have not scratched or broke the screen once even with several accidents under my belt. I purchased two of them, so I'd have to.say, I am pretty darn satisfied!
