Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been buying samsung phones for over 12years and this is by far the worst phone ive ever gotten from samsung. I am very disappointed in the way this phone works. Had this been a first time phone purchase i would never purchase a samsung phone again. The A13 is a very unreliable device. It freezes constantly, it takes avery long time to process and bring up current screen it has cometely wiped itself at times causing me to have to begin over again. Screens tend to close at random and cause me so many headaches. I will never purchase another phone from their A series ever again. Ive had their galaxy note 8 for years and never had any issues such as i keep having with the A13. I am about to get rid of my A13 and go back to their other phonessuch as the note 10 or the s22. I believe in samsung and justfind ithard to believe this is one of their products. I do not recommend this phone.

Absolutely can't live without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is the best one I've had yet. I absolutely love Samsung. All of my apps run smoothly and I like how much internal storage I have. The option to have an SD card as well and be able to move apps from internal storage to the SD card is great, it always goes smoothly and I always have the option to move it back to internal. I love the diagnostic option and how you can optimize your phone and clear up ram/memory within seconds. I've never had a problem with my phone and it is always up to date on its software. Camera, functionality, and speed are all fantastic. I can personalize my phone the way I want which is also great. Samsung never seems to let me down!
