This product has great features and apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung device for playing my games, listening to music and also streaming my favorite shows or movies on disney plus and paramount plus. I also use TUBI TV. I've used spotify and youtube along with downloading my own music to listen to. I have several pictures saved onto my Google photos and the photovault app. I've used several coloring apps including tap color pro which I'm currently using. I'm also using cash app and I like how this phone has automatic Microsoft apps like outlook or office 365 apps that built into this phone. I also like how this phone has built in custom themes or wallpaper for me to choose from.

Not bad but needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung galaxy for 2 years. In that time the device has slowed to a crawl in operating power. I've cleaned out the storage and removed apps even run an optimization program so far nothing works and it's just getting worse. Touch pad works of and on, files will take long to load, and connectivity issues abound. It was great when I first got it.
