[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone because of all my new features. My old Galaxy was a dinosaur. Easy for me to navigate. I'm enjoying the Utube music app. The size of this screen is great for me. I have a small hand with fat fingers. Tired of having to retype with my old phone. Just a perfect phone for me.

Good price. Dead spot on screen

This phone is a good phone at an affordable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy phone is a fairly good phone overall. It's quick with downloads. I haven't had any coverage problems as of yet. I play first person shooting games on this phone and have not encountered any any issues in which lag would be of concern. I only give it a four-star rating because I would think that any 5G phone would also have wireless charging and this one does not. But other than that it's a good affordable phone. I am satisfied with my product for the price.

Good but now enough

At Samsung, our products have a warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on our products, linked below. When your phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send your it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Check out the Samsung article titled, "Samsung phone or tablet freezes and crashes" for some great information I know you'll find beneficial. I have also included a link below with your phone's software update. Please ensure that your phone's software is up to date. If you're looking for a higher resolution display and camera in a device, I would suggest taking a look at the Galaxy A53 5G if you were wanting to remain in the A Series family of devices. It has a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 (FHD+). The front camera offers you 32.0 MP with the back camera having 64.0 MP + 12.0 MP + 5.0 MP + 5.0 MP. Finally the perfect phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My photos come out so clear and colorful. I feel like I'm back in the place the picture was taken. The big screen allows me to watch my videos and movies with such great quality I sometimes bypass watching my TV in order to watch movies on my phone instead. The phone is very user friendly which helps me navigate the phone easily. I'm constantly finding new little details here and there on using my Samsung and I wouldn't trade it for any other. I'm completely happy with my phone.
