[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally only use flagship devices but I haven't had a new phone in a long time since I broke the IPhone XR, with that being said this A14 is actually quite nice the camera is phenomenal the speed and touch responsiveness is great. Samsung does it right every time.

Easy to use and has a fast pace. When watching videos and playing games it process smooth than ever. The only opportunity is the life of the battery on a daily basis. Since I use it often, it needs to be charged everyday. I wish you can work on a better battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few things I think can be better. 1-the time it takes to fully charge the battery from less than 10% to 100 should be faster than 1 hour...it takes up to 2.5-3 hrs some times. This is the 5 generation of phones and software. 2- The fingerprint reader takes 5-7 tries to accept approved user finger. If it's not perfectly straight up and down it won't read it when the older circle model on the rear of A3 models can accept it sianted, upside down, horizontal and vertically. 3- the phone come with too many unwanted apps that take up yo 8-10 gigs of space that can't be removed so we really don't get the said amout of memory/storage advertised Last but not least it would be nice if the phones came with better media compression software cause pictures and videos is an important tool used my 98% of users and without buying expensive external storage products our phones stop being able to auto update, use applications and even send/receive calls/text. Let's try to give to customer a.lil bit more control over a few options offered in upcoming models and software upgrades.

I love my A13 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung A13 5G for everything from school to work but most of all I use it to communicate with my deaf son the video calls are amazing and the camera is the best in class wouldn't trade it for the world thank you Samsung for connecting me to the most important person in my world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely fell in love with samsung because of this device! It's so simple, great display, minimal bloat apps, LOVE the customization! This phone was the best decision I made when choosing a new phone after breaking my Motorola! The only down fall to this phone was the camera. In pro mode it was okay but other wise you can see it's dated and a budget phone. As for everything else the phone is quick, easy to use and feels nice! I now recommend this phone to everyone looking for a inexpensive phone that still has everything, looks beautiful and functions smoothly!
