I bought it after seeing my cousin’s and it is good, can’t figure out why it changes channel minutes after watching a selected program either up or down by itself

Love the Roku, Hate How Often They Break

Roku is a great product/service at a great price. HOWEVER, too often the device (or remote) just stops working ... its broken and needs to be replaced.
Some Rokus last for years, others have to be replaced withing months.
I would recommend this to a friend!
