I’ve had my Roku for about a year and take it with me everywhere I go. It’s SO easy!! We don’t need or want cable anymore. Just ROKU!

Disappointed

I bought this product for my mother that is 84 years old. The remote control does not have an on and off button or to raise the volume; I believe this would be my fault because I overlooked the product and figured that it was a given that these Features were available to all Roku products. To my disappointment it is not true. Now I will return to the store to buy a new remote for this Roku. I don’t recommend this particular product because of the remote control.
