Great alternative to cable tv

We decided to disconnect from our cable company because of repeated rate increases and found reasonably priced internet and bought a Roku. We have many choices now and do not miss cable at all.

I inherited a Roku and it stopped powering up, after several years. I was considering a fire stick or Google Chrome Cast but after reviewing them decided to give a shot to another Roku and I am so happy I did. The home screen format is so much easier to navigate and I have access to everything that I am looking for. My last Roku was very old so I will see about the longevity of this one but as it stands I love the product.

New to streaming

I bought this to try to turn my 10 year old tv into a smarter tv, it worked. This was to see with we could learn to get by without cable. I can now see that we could, because of the ease of using the Roku express. We enjoy Roku channels along with Pluto and Tubi. I am 72 years old and could figure out to work it.
