I have a problem with my cable TV. For some reason, news channels ... particularly MSNBC ... lose the signal momentarily almost every time that they display full-screen text/pictures and talk at the same time. The problem doesn't exist when streaming those stations. My Roku Express is an inexpensive way to stream regular channels on my TV. It also lets me use my Netflix account on the TV rather than just on my laptop.
I am VERY pleased with my Roku Express.

I love roku for help me whit my tvs not working for the apps and I wanted trow away them and now whit roku I keep them and save money and now i have all the apps always I wanted thanks

I’m so pleased with Roku. I rented a furnished house with an old tv, couldn’t get anything to stream. Now with Roku, I can easily watch what I want. And live TV was a surprise, fun to watch random shows while I multitask.

I wish Ruko control had lights to lit at night so you could see the letters/numbers when it's dark.
