Once a month it looses all the apps and just has the power button on home screen. I have to factory reset it and its good until next time. Other than that its great

I'm working through the menus and attempting to learn the product. I just have trouble finding programs I was accustomed to using with my previous provider. It's going well, just a new learning curve.
I would recommend this to a friend!
