Was good until the last couple of months

I’ve had Roku devices for many years. Up until now I’ve had no issue with them. I bought the stick because I did not like the menu and remote on the TV I purchased after moving to another state and leaving my RokuTV behind. The stick has worked well until recently when the apps within Roku started freezing and kicking me out. My internet connection always says excellent when it’s connected. But Roku has started to frequently disconnect from my WiFi for no apparent reason. When I switch to the apps on my TV, everything works fine so the issue is with the Roku stick. I’ve only had it for a year and it seems like it shoul be lasting much longer than a year. Very disappointed as it was easier for my arthritic hands to negotiate the Roku remote.

Sometimes it just says no

Lost our remote, new one was incompatible with old receiver and we had to pair it with the new one… took four hours of restarts, error messages, system refusing to do anything, and chat with support before we got it working, then had to reset all the favorites.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It won't stop rebooting on a loop

I had got it as a gift and I wish I asked for a amazon fire stick instead I can't watch anything I'm so disappointed if I had the receipt I would have returned it

Straight up JUNK No power adapter. And it's 30 Day money guarantee it is useless. About the time YOU pay for the return label you will be in the Hole.

The power adapter was removed from the 2022 Roku Express because the player is low power enough to be powered by nearly any TV via the TV's USB port. Removing the power adapter also helps reduce clutter and hanging cords. In the meantime, use a regular power adaptor that you believe works and check it. Excellence with simplicity

I purchased the ROKU system and found it simple to install and easy to get around to peruse the video offerings. I have been using the system with ease and it is the third ROKU system I have purchased and used. I would highly recommend the system to master and novice alike.

Don't buy it. There's no customer support for this device and the Internet has been useless. Neither this one or the 4K will connect to the mobile app. Abosolute TRASH

I only have the problem that each remote is different from the other and does not have the same options.
