Not worth it

I’ve been having issues for months. All they do is send me a new unit and of course it’s still failing. They don’t care and don’t want to help.

Not what it used to be

Just recently bought this. I have three other players in my house I'm various ages. All of them have a power button and volume buttons. But this player does not have a power button nor a volume button. It requires you to set your TV up to be able to control volumes using on screen buttons. However my TV doesn't allow for that. Especially since I don't have a remote control for the TV. So if you're buying this to use it as a remote control for the TV. Do not. Not sure who was the idiot who came up with this.

Piece of crap product

Receive June 7th. Returned June 9th. Only lasted 2 days before repeated error message channel unable to load. Plugged in Fire Stick worked just fine. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be disappointed. Get a Fire Stick. Roku products are garbage. Plus I didn't receive HDMI cord in box Inferior product in everyday. Do not buy.

Sucks

Bought this to replace earlier Roku model. Continually gives us an error message and can’t sync without our Comcast account, so can’t watch any channels in our room.

Roku device

I am constantly having to pull the batteries out and put them back in to get the remote to work rlght. The functions on the remote work about half the time and will correct sometimes if I tap it on the table or remove the batteries or reboot the receiver. It’s like it has a mind of its own. The first Roku device I bought never really worked correctly either, but was better than this second one. There’s got to be a better alternative than this junk. I won’t be buying a third Roku. Fool me once……
